This is turon. It’s bananas (you have to get the saba type) rolled in brown sugar and wrapped in lumpia wrapper and then deep fried. Delicious and easy to make.

Now I’m craving for one. I remember when we were still living in Manila, I always buy ‘champorado’ every morning. Our neighbor sells it and other traditional Filipino breakfast everyday. I just asked my Mom to make some tomorrow. And she said, Yes. Well, technically it’s a yes coz she nodded, right? Yey! :)
